We currently offer delivery services across Bangladesh, including:
- Major cities: Dhaka, Chattogram, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barishal, Rangpur, Mymensingh
- District towns and selected remote areas

💰 Shipping Charges

📦 Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
- Orders confirmed after 5 PM are processed the next working day.
- You will receive an email or SMS with tracking details once your order is shipped.
🚫 Delivery Failures
We may not be able to deliver your product in the following cases:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- Recipient unavailable during delivery attempts
- Courier unable to reach the customer after multiple attempts
In such cases, we will contact you for re-delivery or cancellation.
🔁 Redelivery
If a delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect information, we may offer redelivery upon payment of additional delivery charges.
⚠️ Damaged or Tampered Packages
If the product packaging appears to be tampered with or damaged upon delivery:
- Do not accept the package.
- Immediately contact our support team with a photo of the package.
📝 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/email containing the tracking ID and courier information. You may track your order through the courier partner’s website or by contacting our support.
