If your return is approved, the refund will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (e.g. card, mobile banking).
  • Refunds are usually completed within 7–14 business days after product inspection.
  • In case of failed delivery or stock unavailability, full refund will be issued automatically.

If you’d like to exchange a product:

  • You must request an exchange within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Exchanges are only possible for same-priced products.
  • You may need to bear the delivery cost for exchange unless the error was ours.

  2. Our customer care will guide you through the return process.
  3. Return the item via your preferred courier service to our address (we’ll share it upon confirmation).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll notify you of the approval/rejection.

  • Refunds/returns will not be accepted without prior confirmation.
  • TAG reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria.
  • For cashless transactions, refund processing time depends on the bank/gateway.
